Reasons for A.J.L.P.C.T.S Admission Cancellation

The A.J.L.P.C.T.S. itself has the power and right to cancel any individual admission application if it finds the information provided by the applicant is fake, incorrect, or missing during the registration and application process. Thus to avoid such cancellation of admission the applicant should read all the guidelines and requirements before filling out the application form.

Draft a Handwritten Application:

Compose a brief and clear letter expressing your intention to cancel the admission. Include details such as:

• Enrollment number
• Division name
• Optional reason for cancellation
• Make sure to sign and date the letter.

Attach Necessary Documents:

Include a scanned copy of your ID card if available. Attach any other relevant documents supporting your reason for cancellation (if applicable).

Refund Policy for Admission Cancellation

The refund for cancelled admission fees is subject to specific guidelines laid down by A.J.L.P.C.T.S. Not all fees are refundable and the amount refunded depends on the timing of the cancellation. Below are some of the factors according to which examination fee amount will be refunded for the cancellation of A.J.L.P.C.T.S. admission.

• If the admission cancellation is made before the school opening date only INR 100 (for admission) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the applicant.

• If the admission cancellation is made within school opening date to before 30 days then one month total (exp: total fee /12=one month) will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.

• If the admission cancellation is made within 30 to 90 days from school opening date then month to month will be deducted and remaining refunded to applicant.

• If the admission cancellation after 90 days from school opening dates then no refund will be given to applicant.

• It is important to note that the payment of INR 100 for admission is non-refundable. Therefore, the form payment will not be refunded under any circumstances
